She screwed up my eye brows I told her not thin and she made them very uneven and one way thinner than the other. I almost had a heart attack when I saw it!

I was very clear that I wanted my eyebrows just cleaned, thick with no shape. But in the downstairs location, she thinned them out. If you go here, you should beware & keeping checking their work. Even if they say, “I know.”

The Threading Place absolutely deserves a full five stars. My wife has been coming here for a while now, and every single time she leaves, she’s beyond happy with the results. After seeing how consistently great her brows looked, I finally understood why she refuses to go anywhere else. I usually come here for eyebrow threading and have had decent experiences but today was really disappointing. A different woman did my brows this time and she was on the phone the entire appointment, which felt super unprofessional. This honestly would have been fine if she could thread eyebrows however she kept going over the same areas with no hair multiple times and ended up making my eyebrows completely uneven, one is noticeably thinner while the other is much thicker and both are completely different shapes. I naturally have thick, well-shaped brows, so this was really frustrating. Then when I went to pay, she asked “Is $12 good?” which I assume was about tipping. I said yes but didn’t leave a tip, and she gave me attitude. As I was walking out, she was still on the phone and called me “haram.” I’m Muslim myself and speak the same language, so that was especially inappropriate and offensive, even if she didn’t know. I really hope the management takes this seriously and addresses the lack of professionalism and respect. This was an unacceptable and extremely disappointing experience.

The lady that did them was very nice but my eyebrows look like cousins when they should look like twins. To be fair it was a JOB i haven't had my eyebrows done in at least a year and I was asked if I like them but my eyebrows swell up so quick it's hard to tell. Now that swelling one of my eyebrows has a slightly higher arch and the other one is longer then the other and I gave a 5 dollar tip on a 12 dollar service to look like this 😭 This was the upstairs location
